Derbyshire Outreach Counselling Services
Your first contact entitles you to a FREE 20 minute phone session, that's a 'one to one' with a trained counsellor to work out if we are the right service for you.

Should you then choose to make a booking we then aim to offer an appointment within 2 weeks, so no long waiting lists.
All staff are fully qualified, trained and insured, we do not use trainees.

We have a SERVICE FOR ADULTS Treating:
Stress-Anxiety-Trauma-Ill Health-Cancer Diagnosed Patients and/or Family Members-Loss-Bereavement-Self worth- Anger-Self Esteem-Domestic Problems-Health Related Issues-Depression-Addiction-Agoraphobia-Hoarding-Childhood Abuse that may have carried through into adult life causing disruption to normal functioning.

We can help you understand yourself and make sense of why, you do the things you do and are the way you are, thus, making sense of your anger anxiety, addiction, depression, self worth, OCD, PTSD, self worth, self esteem, hoarding, relationship problems and malfunctions.


We have a SPECIALIST CHILD PLAY THERAPY SERVICE that operates as a behavioural service:
It has an excellent success rate and combines play and talking therapy for children suitable from age 5 years up to 16 years and uses age appropriate tools and techniques. Again the waiting times are much shorter and therapy is tailor made for each child as an individual.

It has been found to be especially useful for ADHD, CD, ODD, Spectrum Disorders and children who have experienced loss, illness, stress, trauma or have displayed anger or have had some difficulties with their relationships.


WE ARE UNIQUE
We offer a unique service bringing therapy to you.
We arrange a mutual venue or home visit depending on your circumstances, which is obviously ideal for people who cant get out, have a fear of going out or, are caring for someone.
