Welcome to Birch Tree Pilates!
We offer Pilates classes in individual or in group settings in Ramsden and South Leigh. The Pilates repertoire is practised based on new research about the myofascial tissue, exploring its properties such as stabilisation, resilience, glide and elasticity to create ease in every day, functional movement.
Massage therapies Holistic/Swedish or Deep Tissue are massage techniques to help release tension in the muscle tissue, either as a relaxation treatment for the whole body or specifically head/neck/shoulders/back area.
