Sometimes it can be difficult to talk to family or friends
about how you really feel, and you just need someone to talk to who is able to
take their time to listen to you, without judgement.
You may have experienced difficult life events and/or
upsetting or traumatic experiences (whether recent or a long time ago), or have
developed a long-term health condition or disability, or maybe you just feel
sad or anxious but you're not sure why.
Whatever your situation, some experiences can create difficult emotions
such as grief, guilt, sadness, confusion, anger and low self-esteem, which I
can help you to manage during our therapy work together.
