Counselling and Reiki Services offers a safe confidential space to help individual clients explore thoughts and feelings with a qualified experienced counsellor. This thought or feeling maybe in relation to struggles such as: sadness, low mood, anxiety, depression, or something else.
In our counselling practice a free 30 minutes phone consultation is available for anyone wishing to discuss counselling further.
