They will check the exterior of your roof to a 20 point check list. If it is in sound condition you will receive a Certificate of health that is valid for 1 year. This proves v That a qualified assessor for the insurance sector has erected a ladder and inspected your property within the yearv That any work that has been done previously has been inspected and passed a health checkv That you the Policy Holder have done everything in your power to ensure that your roof is well maintained.If it turns out that there is something wrong with your roofv you will be shown actual photos of your properties problemsv given a written free quotation, (we will never cold call you.)v But if you do decide to have the work completed by us then your inspection fee will be refunded v all work is guaranteed for a year, v and you will receive a health certificate free of charge. If in the event of an insurance claim copies of your certificate can be made available Should there be any questions from your insurance company, you will have a qualified member of our team on call to help you.Piece of mind before the storms Your inspection is an external inspection and we will not enter your property.
