AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Wouldn't touch these guys with a bargepole. Laid the carpet and the house is ok except the stairs which there have been constant issues with since day 1. Recently after 5 months the edge of the carpet has frayed. We have messaged the owner who refused to come out and said there is nothing wrong with it. Another carpet fitter has said it is not stuck down or tacked at all so the raw edging is just fraying and it will carry on doing that until its bare. He said it is badly layed - probably not a coincidence it was the last thing done late at night whilst they were rushing to get home. Anyway the owner has been extremely rude and obnoxioious and refused to even look at it so am starting a small court claim against him as we have another fitters professional opinion and the carpet and photographic evidence as long as our lovely corresponde
