WORKSHOP

The CVH commercial vehicle workshop can accommodate the highest and longest trailers within the UK road haulage industry, providing maintenance and repairs to a multitude of vehicles.

FUEL TANKS

Commercial Vehicle Hydraulics supply fuel tanks for all European vehicles up to 44 tonne tractor units. Oversize or supplementary tanks allow fewer refuelling stops on continental trips.

3 WAY TIPPER

Many councils and utility companies have successfully been using 3 way tipper equipment, supplied by CVH, for many years. Although equipment is standard, it is supplied to suit your specific needs. The choice of power take off or electro-hydraulic power pack operation is available.

PISTON PUMPS

CVH stock and install a full range of unidirectional bent-axis piston pumps, from 25 to 108 cc, ISO 4 bolt, SAE-B and SAE-C configurations as well as unidirectional 80 cc and 130 cc bent-axis piston pumps, suitable for high pressure walking floor systems, ISO 4 holes flange. We are also pleased to offer the Heavy Duty Special (HDS) and Medium Duty Special (MDS) Piston Pumps.

POWER TAKE OFF

OMFB power take-off units (PTO’s) are available to suit vehicles from every major manufacturers. They are available as either pump or shaft, drive units.
We also have OMFB PTO’s to fit all European, Japanese, Chinese, NZ, Australian and US trucks, with options of twin output units, constant mesh and hot shift, all of which can be cable operated or pneumatically operated, depending on vehicle size.

HYDRAULIC POWER PACK

We supply power packs for almost all commercial vehicle and industrial specification and our range includes the Power Pro, Power Pro WL and the new Kube Power Packs, available in 3 configurations up to 3 double cetop-3 solenoid valves plus emergency hand pump.
