Shocking

Since our local chemist being taken over by Boots, it's changed for the worst now. Either they cannot find my prescription, have asked me to go back to my GP, have forgotten to contact me my experience has been bad. I asked my GP if they could stop sending my prescriptions to the chemist. picking up my previous prescription from my GP and went to Boots chemist based on the retail park, everything was quick and smooth throughout. Today I popped in hoping to collect my prescription only to be told they had sent it in error to the chemist, and they could see I was not happy. I walked in, there were approximately five staff, I was kept waiting until another person came into the chemist, I was then approached. Now, they have had my prescription since the 3rd January, only to be told, to hang on whilst she has a look to see if everything is available, only to be told it would be another half hour. They are disorganised, lack empathy, and in complete chaos, never answering their phone.
