We offer psychological therapy in one-to-one or group sessions, short or long term counselling and therapies for help with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship problems, bereavement, self-esteem difficulties, stress management, confidence building and phobias.

We offer a translating & interpretation service for Polish to English and English to Polish translation of documents and certificates and specialist medical and social work interpretation services.
