Counselling can help you deal with and overcome issues that are causing you pain or making you feel uncomfortable.You might be struggling with a problem or just feel things are not right.You may have had difficulties for some time and not known what is wrong or what to do.
I offer a sliding scale of fees according to income and I am happy to meet you for a session to see if counselling is for you and for you to decide if you want to book further sessions.
I work with individuals, couples and small groups as well as offering supervision to counsellors.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and work to the highest standards of confidentiality.
